Head of Operations (Customer Success)

We are hiring for a Head of Business Operations to lead the operational success of Amethix Technologies. The ideal candidate has the ability to execute established processes, put in place new processes and apply best practices with passion and responsibility. You must have a good understanding of consultancy project, project management, startup, financial services, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and the motivation and energy to join a company in hyper-growth mode.
You are passionate and proactive about developing strategies or new services based on insights of real clients and individuals.

What your day will look like

  • You are keen on simplifying all process flows and to optimising such processes through automation.
  • You assume responsibility for ongoing procedural topics in relation to our operational platforms that you complete precisely, flawlessly and diligently.
  • You will be monitoring the performance of both our existing, and our potential clients, reviewing data to gain a deeper understanding of the products or service contracts under your supervision.
  • You assume responsibility for the implementation, development and innovation of operational procedures within our ecosystem as well as the operational readiness for new AI and data science services.
  • You are responsible to manage and maintain the relationships to our operations partners, contractors and clients.
  • You will be involved in the full lifecycle of contracts from the negotiation and implementation of new partners, to the supervision and analysis of their performance. Ensuring the success of each clients.
  • You will recruit and inspire our new team members.

Your Skills

  • You have 2-5 years of prior experience in consulting and/or (tech) start-up.
  • You have experience in the field Operations.
  • You able to learn fast, outstanding analytical skills and a structured way of thinking, your attention to detail is exceptional.
  • You ability to grasp and transform client’s needs into functional requirement, new services or products.
  • You have international experience and thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer oriented.
