Apply nowThe Market Research Expert position is open in the Customer Insights team. The team focuses on collecting and analyzing relevant client feedback leveraged with data insights, alongside market information & financial results. The ideal candidate will be a customer insights expert with a strong understanding of the challenges related to this field.
The Market Research Expert will start, coordinate, and manage research projects from start to end, together with the team lead and other team members. They will be responsible for challenging internal clients to understand the business need and translate it to a research question, selecting the best research techniques and target groups, writing survey questionnaires, data analyses (in Excel or SPSS), summarizing survey findings in concrete & actional recommendations for the business.
You fit this role if you have
- at least 10 years of relevant experience in a Market research or Data analytical function.
- a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably market research and/or data analyses (candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply)
- fluent in Dutch/French and English
- technical experience with Powerpoint & Excel
- experience in challenging internal clients for full understanding of the business need
- good communication and influencing skills, autonomy, commitment, perseverance, and the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
